2. Carrier Liability & Cargo
We take pride in our fleet, but we also know the unpredictability of the open road. Our liability is strictly governed by standard industry regulations. Are you protecting your high-value freight properly? We strongly recommend additional insurance for specialist cargo that exceeds our standard coverage limits of $100,000 per load.
3. Payment Terms & Deadlines
Good business keeps the wheels turning. Unless we've inked a specific agreement, standard net-30 terms apply to all invoices. Late arrivals on payments may trigger a 1.5% monthly service charge. We don't like charging it, so let's keep the communication lines open if your accounts payable team hits a snag.
4. Tech & Data Usage
We use high-grade tracking tech to give you real-time visibility. This data is for your operational use only. You agree not to reverse-engineer our proprietary logistics platforms or share internal dashboard access with competitors. Your data security is our priority, and we expect the same in return. 🛡️
